Worst customer service. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. I work in healthcare as well and this is not how you treat people. The first thing they need to do is remove the receptionist as she has an attitude like the grinch and talks as she owns the clinic. I called to reschedule as they don’t have any interpreter there and she first says I can’t cancel even though it’s more than a day notice.
