The house was immaculate and luxurious - our family had the best time we've ever had in the Fishtop home - and I just wanted to thank you for making it happen for us!! I highly recommend your company to anyone looking for an excellent, communicative and proactive management company for their property. THE BEST!
Exceptionally unprofessional in resolving issues. The home was not adequately cleaned prior to my arrival - trash in the trash cans (including cigarette carton), filthy grill, broken furniture, leaking gas, a non-functional hot tub, and a dirty pool. I noted all this with photographs upon initial walk through because they were so adamant about purchasing rental insurance otherwise they would place a $3K hold on the credit card used.
