The house was immaculate and luxurious - our family had the best time we've ever had in the Fishtop home - and I just wanted to thank you for making it happen for us!! Exceptionally unprofessional in resolving issues. The home was not adequately cleaned prior to my arrival - trash in the trash cans (including cigarette carton), filthy grill, broken furniture, leaking gas, a non-functional hot tub, and a dirty pool. I noted all this with photographs upon initial walk through because they were so adamant about purchasing rental insurance otherwise they would place a $3K hold on the credit card used. I recently visited the Tryon area with my family, and I have to say we were very impressed with Tryon Rentals. We stayed in the Tryon unit and were more than pleased with the amenities that were offered. From the fire pits to the views, our stay was totally relaxing. We look forward to visiting Tryon again and will definitely be booking with Tryon Rentals.
