We hired Yonder Management  to manage our vacation rental in Hendersonville NC. The company had been managing for the previous owners. Talked a big game at first and then it all went downhill. We went to the house one day and found 8 windows that were left open for several weeks. The tenants messed with the thermostat on Christmas weekend and they sent someone out to fix it. Is there a way of not giving any starts whatsoever? Giving one star is too much for this company. We have been lovers of vacation rentals for years and have always wanted to support these companies, as we are also proprietors of vacation homes overseas. We have never felt so unbelievably "ripped off" financially as we did with Yonder Vacation Homes. Owners beware! This property management company is all about profit and cares nothing about it's owners (and based on a lot of the reviews, renters.) They find any way possible to charge owners fees and do nothing to promote the listing. They say it's an algorithm that changes, but don't believe that. The "owner support" person is rude and not supportive. Run as fast as you can from this company. There are many better businesses out there well serving owners and renters.

Yonder is a joke, don't fall for their false advertising. My family and I rented from Yonder over spring break 2022. When we got to the cabin all three trash bins for overflowing with trash. The housekeeper had to come back to get the trash. She also stated that she was not given the proper time to clean the cabin. That could not turn out to be more true. Do not believe the reviews about this company, we rented one of their properties, when we got there the property had NO air conditioning, it smelled like Mildew, we contacted them saying we couldn't stay in the property, we were willing to have them change our property to another and even offered extended timelines, they said they had no other properties, that they would refund us, but next day called us saying they wouldn't refund us. We stayed at Mountain Splash in NC and the experience was less than luxury for over $6,000. The house was infested with wasps and other active bugs, the house was dirty, many items were not working including the ice maker, vent hood for cooking, hot tub, heater for pool and spa was extremely loud and had to be shut off to sit outside, broken tiles in bottom of pool, house was dirty, carpet was stained on both floors, exposed plumbing in bathroom with leak.
