I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Yonas, and unfortunately today was the last straw. I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and still ended up waiting over an hour while people who walked in after me were serviced first. When it was finally supposed to be my turn, he claimed their appointments were before mine. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with issues here. Every visit feels like an inconvenience. Earlier this month (July) I brought my daughter to get her hair silk pressed for her senior pics. This was her first time ever getting her hair straighten! I’m a thorough researcher and wanted to make sure whoever does her hair focuses on hair health and not just silk press (the aesthetics). First time customer: My 14 year old daughter was in need of a professional hair trim. Yonas is one of the kindest, professional stylists I have found! He listened to my request, we came up with a plan, he flawlessly executed, and also educated us on hair care! Our appointment started on-time, and his salon is bright, cheery, and comfortable.
