I had a 3 hr waiting period. My appt was at 3 pm. I got there 30 minutes earlier. He completed the job at 6 pm. He had 4 people waiting when I got there. If he notified me about it, I could have made another plan. I was stuck with him and have to seat for 3 and half hour.
1st timer...Love Yona! I walked in and was immediately welcomed to the wash bowl. He knew alot about how I maintain my hair at the wash bowl. He gave me better tips. He washed my hair thoroughly nothing felt rushed. The full process felt like a warm hug to myself and my hair. Not alot of product was used and he took his time but still had me out in under an hour. All I wanted was my hair washed and blow dried and he told me he don’t do man hair…….he could of told me that on the phone before I came here
