Ray came and did our stair and hallway carpet install and was just great. Arrived on time, finished early, cleaned up and explained all he did. We need more of him in the world these days.

Then again when we had a pipe break and had to replace some carpets. But her latest help came after we moved to a new home in a new state. We had a terrible experience here. We picked out hardwood flooring and placed our order, then heard nothing for months and months. After hounding the elderly man who works there, the wood finally showed up and it was wrong. Another number of months of begging them to fix this and we got our wood. They completely overestimated the quantity for the size of our space and we ended up with 3x the wood we needed. A very surprising carpet store with an extensive collection of choices. I did not know that Missoni had a line of carpets! This is a great place to explore in Chicago's Galewood area.
