We had a terrible experience here. We picked out hardwood flooring and placed our order, then heard nothing for months and months. After hounding the elderly man who works there, the wood finally showed up and it was wrong. Another number of months of begging them to fix this and we got our wood. They completely overestimated the quantity for the size of our space and we ended up with 3x the wood we needed. A very surprising carpet store with an extensive collection of choices. I did not know that Missoni had a line of carpets! This is a great place to explore in Chicago's Galewood area.

I had a great experience with Yonan Carpet and specifically Fabiola in the store and the carpet installers at the home. I was helping elderly sellers prepare their home for sale and has a specific budget to work with. Fabiola listened, ran through suggestions and gave a couple of samples to take back to the home.
