I used this dentist because of insurance coverage. I am happy to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The care was professional and extremely adequate. The office was well managed and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will happily return for my next appointment.

At my last visit Dr. Kliewer gave me a medication I am allergic to. This was in my records but was disregarded. The outcome was not good and could have been much worse. I have changed dentist.

We took our daughter to Dr. Kliewer's office to avoid having to drive to Gainesville every time she needed a cleaning or dental appointment. We live in Cleveland and my wife works in Gainesville, so it's more convenient to go to a dentist closer to our home whenever our daughter has an appointment after school. We took our daughter to her first appointment, a routine cleaning in January of 2018. Beware! Routine cleanings will be charged as a special cleaning - you will not be notified of this - insurance will not fully cover - you will end up with a collection that you have no option but to pay. Their office will not call you back to provide you with your records to prove they never communicated with you regarding the fee. Make sure they tell you up front what charges you will have! — feeling angry.
