In the 30+ years of belonging to YFCU, I have been extremely happy with the service.
The hold and processing times are far slower than any bank should be in 2019. We try to support local business but being a customer or YOLO FCU is a burden that is not worth it.
It’s extremely frustrating that I have been on hold for over 25mins! I understand you do callbacks which I did 30mins ago! With still no call back. How can you run a business when no one will answer your call or call you back? It has been over an hour waiting to speak to someone! This isn’t the first time with this issue! I have banked with other banks who are 10x times bigger than your organization and still speak to someone is a semi timely manner!
Walk-Up ATM at the main branch ALWAYS has issues. Without fail, today September 9, 2018 i tried to take cash out and the dispenser was NOT working AGAIN 🤬🤬🤬🤬 it is VERY frustrating. A few weeks ago I deposited $500 cash the the same ATM And right when i deposed my cash the atm decided to stop working. Did NOT get my cash back nor did i get a receipt. I had to wait till Monday to make a claim. Then the teller “forgot” to email the manager so i can get a “temporary” $500 credit, needless to say i had to go back Tuesday to ... read more
I have been a member of Yolo Federal Credit Union for over 10 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences when deal with any of the employees at YFCU. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I am quite satisfied with my credit union!
