The older lady helped me, not the owner yolis. Anyways this lady ruined my hair I had it over 30 inches long showed her a couple of pictures of the hair cut I wanted and somehow I ended up with a straight cut like Dora no layers whatsoever I hate it! Like why pretend lmyou can cut hair? Why not be honest and say sorry I don’t know how to do that.
