Yolanda Levy and Nancy L are amazing providers. They really listen and want to give the best care to their patients. Yolanda worked with my lifestyle to help me find the best care for what works for me. She insured I was getting my care on time and making sure I was getting all my lab work on time as well. Very nice and helpful as always.
Nurse Practitioner Yolanda Levy ignored my concerns. I felt she and her Nurse Nancy were dismissive not answering portal messages. Call backs weeks later. Make sure you get other support to advocate when you are not getting answers; they slow walk you to the bank with all these tests and no proper plan of treatment to really help.
