My grandmother is fighting a battle of rare liver cancer. Dr. Thomas and all the nurses go above and beyond to give her the best care and comfort possible. Holly makes sure she has everything she needs and more. Her attitude and smile eases my grandma and helps her relax because holly gives hope. The hospitality is great. They bring in therapy dogs for comfort and other things to help people fighting an uncontrollable battle. Going into my second session of chemo with these wonderful people. Heather, Karen, and Jennifer (Bergani) have been so good to me! Awesome people! I have now finished my chemo and continue with these wonderful people for herceptin infusions until January. Treatment for my breast cancer has been on point from day one! The ONLY thing that would make me happier is if I had not gotten it to begin with.
Second day this week at the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Center in Meadville, PA with my mom for her chemo treatment. Such mixed feelings! This is such an amazing place where incredible hope and care are provided for those afflicted with an evil disease. I had a high opinion of this place, I still love the nurses and think they're amazing but the doctor keep trying to push the chemotherapy treatment to start on on my father again...when he has an infection. It makes me question his judgment and credentials.
As much as I pray no one needs an Oncologist, if you do I HIGHLY recommend this place! All the Drs., nurses and staff members are AMAZING! They are so loving, understanding and patient just like they should be for a cancer center. Even the volunteers are awesome. They truly make you feel like family <3
Been finished with my treatments for one year. Would recommend this clinic to anyone
