My doctor retired after a long practice. I had trouble finding a new local one. I asked family, coworkers, friends, and neighbors for referrals. They weren’t accepting new patients. After a thorough search of my own, I found Dr. Duncan. Immediately I felt in good hands with her and comfortable with her staff. That’s really hard to come by these days so I am grateful. Ty
The office hardly ever calls me back. This has been a problem for years. I have needed appointments and ended up changing doctors. More questions than answers and I need treatment. They do not care
Been with her for years now and she has always put her patients first. She she’s my entire family now. The office staff on Graham Road In Cuyahoga Falls is wonderful.
Her recommendations are not with what the specialists say and seem really outdated. She can’t really explain why she’s ordering or prescribing things. She’s nice to her patients, but it seems she’s really rude to her staff she wouldn’t even respond to them and they were all very nice
Dr. Duncan has been my doctor for 13 years. There is truly no doctor like her. She is the kindest, most approachable, and honest physician I've ever encountered. Everything about her let's you know she is there for you. I've never felt rushed with her. She listens to my every concern no matter how big or small and puts my concerns at ease. Horrible
She was very friendly, kind, thorough and professional all while being so easy to talk to. She was not in a rush to get out of the room. She asked several times if there were any other concerns or questions that I had. My family has been going to her for years. Highly recommended!
