When I miss those darn skewers from japan so much this is the first place that EVER comes to mind to make me feel like I'm visiting Yokohama again. Always quality meats and peak Chu-hi drinks Shikuwasa is the tart kick go to with Tsukune or Kushikatsu. Always appreciate the vibes here. Dope staff✔ Chef rips that grill✔ Great drinks✔ just can't miss.
Everything was perfect. Food is real Japanese. Service good. Ambience is good. Real izakaya. But do make reservation. It’s critical.
We tried as much as we could, each of the skewers were like ~$4-$7. I tried sake for the first time. We ordered 14 skewers, a large sake, 1 sprite, and 2 desserts, so you could definitely go cheaper than us. This was our fancy date night for the first time in a while. Good quality meat. Delicious!
Super authentic yakitori focused izakaya. Menu included a great selection of drinks, a very standard Japanese yakitori spread and lots of side dishes. Every skewer we had was delicious. Staff was super kind and the vibe of the place was unmatched. Would come back again for sure.
