Dr. Momoyama is great, but Duly Corporation is horrible. Anytime I call, I have to navigate one of those automated voice systems, sit on hold for a very long time, then when I finally get a human being, it's someone in a call center in India. The people in the office are so nice and helpful, but I cannot talk to them unless I appear in person.
