Very cool properties with an industrial feel. I've had two relatives rent at two different properties and have loved them both. Toured a third property and that is also very nice. They are large open spaces with plenty of storage. I like that I can bring my dog over to visit as well, as they have designated dog parks built right into the complex! My fiancé and I have lived in the Linden Lofts for two years. It has been the absolute best experience. Our one bedroom apartment itself was beautiful; new appliances, original hard-wood floors, and filled with charming character. The amenities that came along with living here were added bonuses- two community courtyards with grills, a relaxing roof-top deck, and a fitness room- all in which we took full advantage of. I have worked with Yohn Property Management for over 20 years and have always had excellent results. They have always addressed issues quickly and provided good solutions.
We just moved in about a week ago and so far love it! Convenient location with a charming atmosphere !
We rented one of their apartments for a year and we enjoyed living here so much that we ended up buying an apartment in the building over a year ago. They have always been very helpful when we've had an issue, and everybody loves our place when they come visit.
