Very cool properties with an industrial feel. I've had two relatives rent at two different properties and have loved them both. Toured a third property and that is also very nice. They are large open spaces with plenty of storage. I like that I can bring my dog over to visit as well, as they have designated dog parks built right into the complex! I have worked with Yohn Property Management for over 20 years and have always had excellent results. They have always addressed issues quickly and provided good solutions.
We rented one of their apartments for a year and we enjoyed living here so much that we ended up buying an apartment in the building over a year ago. They have always been very helpful when we've had an issue, and everybody loves our place when they come visit.
I've rented from them for a few years and they are an excellent management company. Easy to work with and responsive. I've had no issues and would highly recommend them.
