I ordered flowers to welcome my friends who were moving to America from another country. I ordered the golden morning, which is supposed to be Yellow orchids and orange roses in a wrapped vase. There were no orchids, only 4 roses, and alstromeria, the cheapest flower available, with no wrap in the vase. According to their substitution policy, they only do so AFTER attempting to contact you. Scam business. First flowers delivered were terrible. Looked like they were shoved in a vase without trimming. Believe they were bought at a grocery store. Second time, 2 months later, daughter’s company ordered delivery to me online. They got email stating they were successfully delivered a week ago. Never showed up. No one answers. Won’t return phone calls. Internet says they are closed with no explanation but they are arill taking money and orders online.

I ordered online but the flowers were never delivered. When I called to ask what happened, the phone either rang off the hook or I received a busy signal repeatedly. I also reached out via Facebook and email but never got any response. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and get a refund. After all of that, I got an email with the audacity asking me how my delivery experience was. The email claimed it was delivered but that was an out right lie, my family member never received anything.
