Dr. Song is truly a remarkable surgeon. I have ignored a busted eardrum for 32 years cause pain medication does not work on me and the idea of surgery on any part of my head scared me. Dr. Song did a fabulous job. I had minimal pain and can now hear better, clearer and more accurate, than I have in years. Dr. Song made sure I understood each step and we were meeting each goal before moving forward. Well worth the 300 mile drive and truly the best!
Dr. Song is excellent! I cant express into words how grateful I am to him and his staff. My daughter's ear surgery went better than I could have ever hoped for! He is a kind, caring, thorough, and detail oriented surgeon that just has amazing skill. I suffered for three years with severe vertigo and after being misdiagnosed by two other doctors, I finally was referred to Dr. Song. He immediately diagnosed me with Ménière’s disease and started treatment that day. After weeks of treatment my vertigo improved immensely but I had hearing loss in one ear. Dr Song recommended a cochlear implant and after being approved through my insurance, this surgery was done and I now no longer have vertigo and I am hearing normally. Doctor Song is the best. I have lived with ear issues all my life in my left ear. They found that I had a growth in my middle ear that was not cancer but very aggressive. It had eaten a hole in my Skull. Was scary but he promised to take good care of me. July of 25 he removed and patched the hole in my skull. Rebuilt my middle ear. He released me yesterday.
