Dr. Song is great! He took his time with me and listened. He is very compassionate and kind. When my local Ent finally decided to refer me to him they got me in right away. When I needed to see him again for progressing symptoms I was able to get an appointment quickly.
I had surgery in North Georgia and suffered complications . I was immediately referred to Dr. Song for evaluation of cause and hearing loss. I was THROUGHLY examined, medications changed, hearing test, cultures submitted, daily drops and was closely monitored. I have regained my hearing, surgery site healed, drainage stopped and am pain free. It is understandable why he is an outstanding ENT Surgeon that patients are blessed to be under his care. Great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful and genuinely care and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I went in functionally unable to hear in my right ear. After surgery my right is better than my left. I was struggling to hear people in meetings, but those days are over! Amazing!
