This has truly been a life changing experience. I have lived with a perforated eardrum since early childhood. I had multiple surgeries as a child but they failed to hold up over time. As an adult it simply became something I accepted, until my child’s ENT mentioned they could possibly fix it. So, I gave it another go. Dr. Song and his team are true professionals. They took excellent care of me since the first visit. The surgery procedure was outstanding and I was able to recover faster than expected. I do recommend them 100 percent.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Song and his entire staff. I had surgery on my ear in April. His surgical staff took wonderful care of me and my nervous husband. They kept us well informed and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. My hearing improved quickly and I can now hear better than I have in years. I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Song. I would recommend him to everyone.
