I received a phone call from a Mitch N. on a Sunday . You never call candidates on a Sunday day off regarding jobs is extremely disrespectful. Especially when you’re spending time with family! He then left an extremely obnoxious voicemail message about the Material Coordinator / Order Fulfillment position. Never told me in his message either whom he was calling from?? I returned his call . I just received a call from a recruiter from this staffing agency (ERGINC/YOH). He didn't even give his name and was very cold and rude right off the bat. He asked me compensation expectation and I was telling him I get a TC of X amt, he was like "tell the base", I responded "May I know if the company offers any bonus/stocks, as my base expectation will depend on that".
