This is the second time I've been to Yogurtown during business hours only to find that they're closed with no note on the door explaining why. This first time it happened was at 2pm on a weekday and tonight it happened when I arrived at 8:30pm. Very disappointed and tired of this inconsistency My DM regarding the first time was also never replied to by the company. Extremely poor customer service is the reason for my 1 star rating at this point.

Definitely one of my favorite spots. Limited flavors but there's always one that works. Just delishhh. I'd have frozen yogurt everyday if i could.
