poor customer service and not an accurate menu. i ordered cookies and cream ice cream and the image that yogurtology had on door dash was vanilla ice cream with chunks of oreo in it. the whole thing cost 17 dollars and what i got was this bad tasting chocolate ice cream with no oreo chunks. I called them and explained my issue and they didn't care that their menu was misleading and would not refund me at all.

Recommendedgreat place, ridiculous amount of toppings to choose from. the oatmeal cookie flavor is amazing
12-16 different flavors of yogurt with tons of extras including brownies, cookies, boba, fruit, chocolates, nerds, sour patch kids, Reece’s cups and pieces, cherries, whip cream, peanut butter sauce, Nutella, marshmallow fluff, and so so much more! Cost is by weight of items you put in your cup, approximately $5-10 per adult, but totally worth it!
The ice cream well basically yogurt was delicious 🤤
RecommendedMy son and I came to Yogurtology on Gandy on Friday night for our end of the school year treat, it was our first time in I was so pleasently surprised at how happy and helpful the staff was I belive it was the manager (Mike?) that helped my son through every single flavor and toppings to help him make the best choice, he made my son feel like royalty, now of course he wants to go every night, we will be back very soon!
