My mother is currently at Yogurtland right now. It is 9:30 PM. They had to go back inside because they called me asking why they were charged so much. I’ve always known that Yoland is pretty expensive, which is why I do not go my mother and my aunt love it though, which is why they went. So my mother gets a certain amount and is charged $10 and she was confused because it was not a lot of yogurt she pays it and goes. My aunt gets 2 cups that are not that full either and it is $30! 10% more expensive if you sit and eat it there. I asked if it applies the same % for eating outside and the cashier replied yes it is, crazy.
Absolutely ridiculous place. Their strawberry tasted horrible so I went back to return and grab a new cup without strawberry. Staff was super rude and dismissive. They wanted me to pay for the replacement cup which is absurd. What happened to this once great place. A disgrace. Last time I set my foot into this filthy establishment. Zero stars!
Yogurtland at Mountain Grove is in a fantastic location—right in the heart of a fun shopping and dining area. It's perfect for grabbing a quick frozen yogurt while you're out and about. One of my favorite things about this spot is the outdoor seating. On a nice day (which is often!), it’s really relaxing to sit outside and enjoy your yogurt in the sunshine.
