We had a really disappointing experience here. The employee wouldn’t give us the restroom key, saying it might already be in use—even though no other customers were around. She didn’t bother to check or help, which left us feeling uncomfortable. As a small business owner, I know how important good customer service is, and this was far from it. The yogurt might be good, but I’d rather drive to Yucaipa. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt I had to.
Good selection, great a/c soft music in the background. Nice quick date spot for us.
They do not answer their phones!!!!
