Unbelievable lack of empathy and common sense. I came here on my birthday to redeem a reward, but the app wouldn't load. Despite having my ID and account info ready, the General Manager (Ed) told me over the phone to THROW MY PREPARED FOOD IN THE TRASH. It was delicious and lots of toppings available. There was outdoor seating as well. The cake batter, pistachio, and strawberry were great.
Came in for the free 8oz birthday cake batter froyo with any purchase. Not sure who is weighing these but mine was 4.5 oz. If you’re going to advertise a promotion for a certain amount of yogurt why don’t they fill it up to that amount? Yogurtland is not what it used to be. Such overpriced frozen yogurt. The cup alone has to weigh more than an oz. So you’re pretty much already paying $1 just for the cup. At this point, just get ice cream from a local supermarket. Such a ripoff.
There was a disagreement on a promotion and its upsetting that two months later they have not followed up as promised. BRING ANY YOGURTLAND SPOON promotion should've been really straight forward except we were told it had to be a GIANT SPOON. We had planned around this promotion to take my daughter to this particular location - the owners/operators of this franchise are very family friendly and love to give stickers to the kids; the manager and un-managed staff on the other hand are hardly helpful.
