Yesterday, my husband, my baby, and I went in for yogurt and my baby pulled down one of the toppings, spoons and made a mess the two young girls that were working were so nice about it even though I was apologetic and wanted to clean it up. One of the young girls insisted that she cleaned it up for me. I really appreciate it especially as a mom thank you girls for being so sweet. I’ll definitely be back. <3

Former service industry workers here. Came in at 9:55 and enjoyed some yogurt in our car. Customer service was about as good as if AI had rung us out. My husband and I stayed long enough to see the two ladies working. While customers were inside, they were actively Windexing the taps, the tables, and the glass, while toppings were still out. It seemed like they were purposefully cleaning slowly to deter more customers, despite it being 50 mins prior to closing. Walked in and it smelled horrible, smelled like sewage and on top of that the cashier with red hair was so rude. She seemed upset to have had to help us. When someone asked her for the restroom code she raised her hand and said WAIT I’m such a rude tone. When we asked her for a bag to take the yogurt to go, she angrily grabbed the bag and my receipt and handed it over. Overall the experience was so horrible I will probably never come back to this location. Aside from the smell the place seemed well kept.
