I sent my teen to buy his yogurt and he wanted a cup of water. Instead the staff gave him a water bottle and charged $1.95. I asked him to return the bottled water. The ladies at the counter said they can’t take returns and sent back my teen. I had go down to the store and had to ask for a refund. The short girl said she cannot give return and does not have the authority to. I had to ask call the person who can then authorize it.
