I don’t normally write reviews like this, but the customer service here was terrible. I went here to do the bogo event on june 25th, she asked if I was doing the event so I said “yes,” but then proceeded to ask me if I’m paying for one, so in that context I thought I was doing the bogo event. However, turns out that I had to pay for both since I didn’t weigh both of the cups. Then shouldn’t the cashier made it clear that I had to weight both cups to in order to do the bogo event? Oluchi E. was working extremely hard to clean the entire store, wiped all the windows from the outside in the heat, and was so polite to us. She even said “thank you for coming” when we left and I hope her hard work is recognized here 🤍
My son had yogurt with tangerine topping and the tangerine tasted spoiled and rotten and told worker and the worker said to be ,” do you want to remove it and eat it or get new one?” Are u being serious ? And she didn’t even bother to replace the spoiled one for fresh one. .. wow … what a wonderful staff
