Great Flavors.
They have a variety of flavors and all are delicious. Staff is very nice and the place is clean
They have stopped giving sample try outs. I mean, how do we know which one tastes good. Tried some new flavor. It was just yuck... I tried in another location. They did have sample try out.
I don’t normally write reviews like this, but the customer service here was terrible. I went here to do the bogo event on june 25th, she asked if I was doing the event so I said “yes,” but then proceeded to ask me if I’m paying for one, so in that context I thought I was doing the bogo event. However, turns out that I had to pay for both since I didn’t weigh both of the cups. Then shouldn’t the cashier made it clear that I had to weight both cups to in order to do the bogo event?
