Lex was wonderful! Being someone who is allergic to many ingredients, she took the time to get the ingredient list for the sorbets. She and the other employee that works there were very cordial.
Customer service is AMAZING! Everyone is very positive and friendly! Toppings are always fresh and organized. Always a wonderful experience
Service is really bad went in day of buy one get one free and this manager LEX employee swipe my card righ when i was telling her about the deal and she refused to make the deal for me. I ask to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and that i could do what ever i want TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE this kind of persons shouldnt be working with people
