I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience was disappointing. My sister and I were waiting to be checked out, and we weren’t greeted when we walked in. The cashier was simply trying to make sure we weren’t overcharged, but the owner seemed more focused on dismissing the situation than providing good customer service. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I was over charged by $40+. Once I realized, I asked for a refund of the over charge and the employee called the manager who was on speaker phone and was not interested in speaking with us or even finding the solution. This manager was referred to as “Ms.T”, she said that they do not issue refunds period. Kept telling us there was no problem and that there’s nothing she can do because she wasn’t there. Black girl checking us out was rude not surprised they usually treat people bad. needs to learn basic customer service. Won’t ever be coming back and what I can see from the other reviews this isn’t the first time. Bad service bad vibes don’t waste your time here.
