I have a problem with this place. Took 4 of my kids there today (about 4pm) to get some frozen yogurt. Young girl working there couldn’t put her phone down long enough to say hello to us. Then when we checked out, she stayed on the phone having a conversation with her earbuds still in while we checked out. We won’t be back! Guess I’ll find somewhere else to get treats for after school.

I waited for over 10 minutes to be checked out because the employee was missing i went to see if she was possibly in the restroom but wasn't. I screamed to be helped and when I went to leave because i didn't get a response she finally came out with an attitude.
Love going here with my grandkids gives them time to create their treat and then together time while we eat! They have so many flavors and toppings to choose from. Yogo Factory has always been clean and employees very nice. Always a new concoction to try 😍
