We ordered 4 rolls all with tuna and the tuna tasted off and smelled very fishy. I called and let them know and I was told, the tuna was cut fresh that morning. We ordered at 10:55 am and picked it up by 11:10 am. The tuna and the rolls were also warm. They said no compensation will be given.

Horrible customer service, the 2 I dealt with made us feel unwelcome and a bother to them. We arrived at 8:20 to finish our date night with a simple dinner just to be told we have to leave after getting our food, they close at 9... the girl behind the counter was very rude and unprofessional with her approach then after taking our order she sat behind the counter floor and got on her phone. We ate here before and was good, but NOT today! Today, we had the bowls... we did not enjoy it because the meats were drowned in tons of salty teriyaki sauce, we were unable to taste the meats or the rice!! Lost interest in this place!
