I absolutely love this office and the staff. They are always so friendly and welcoming and I love how they always talk and play with my toddler and the doctor is very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend Dr.Pai and his staff for all of your kids primary care needs

First & foremost, I'd like to state that I've been very pleased with the nurses and their care at each visit. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Dr. Pai who is incredibly insulting if you deviate from/ decline the vaccine schedule. On the first visit, I was struggling to produce milk. Before I could even speak, I was told "now is not the time to be a hero, there's formula options..." I am not nor have I ever been against formula so there was no need for his condescending tone. Dr Pai is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever taken any child too I’m the grandparent are two beautiful children and he is excellent with them not only does he take the time to make them feel comfortable he explains in detail what’s going on with them and even provides material for us to read .Couldn’t asked for a better Dr..We are so lucky to have him here in Henderson, Texas. We love Dr Pai.
