Tried for over a week to simply make an appointment. Wait on hold, transfer back and forth and never was called back after leaving messages. Meanwhile I'm in pain and no appointment.
Dr. Yogen Patel not only gave me hope when I thought I’d never run again due to foot issues from bulging discs, but he also made sure I had the most comprehensive care possible. He encouraged me to see a top physical therapist and referred me to a neurosurgeon to ensure every angle was covered. His attention to detail and genuine care were incredible. I wish I could give him 0 stars this man belittled my pain I have. Then told me to ignore other doctors telling me what I have wrong then he went low and belittled my mental health all because I was crying in his office with pain and he told me I need mental help. Then handed me a tissue and told me to clean myself up before I leave. He will be reported.
Thanked him for my injured wrist but hated how he talked to me like he's in a hury or gives me "wrong" answers. Hated when i went on to ask him about my symptoms. Will never have him again.
Dr Patel is very patient & thorough. Discussed all issues at length with me and made sure I understood all treatment options. Great bedside manner. 5 stars!
