I really enjoyed Heather's training yesterday called Mindfulness for Children and Teachers. Everything she presents can by used for children and adults of all ages. I can't wait to teach my students Mindfulness! Thank you Heather; you are awesome!!

This place is amazing! We are all experiencing tough times right now and this stress shows up in our kids as well. This is a great way to help your kids learn to manage stress and relax. Heather Hopper is a wonderful teacher.

I can't say enough good things about yogees yoga 4 kids! Heather and Taylor have put together a comprehensive training to set teachers up for success! Each module includes opportunities to work with kids and watch the trainers interact in an actual kids yoga class. They not only provide all of the content needed to know how to teach to kids but also make the training fun and interactive.
