Sudhir is an awesome yoga teacher. His lessons are suitable for people with different ability levels. It is amazing that how postures that look relatively simple has such profound positive impact on your body. Would highly recommend.
Sudhir is highly professional and have years of experience practicing yoga.I really like the yoga sessions ( it’s a small batch so that everyone gets their due attention). It brings me peace and clarity of mind while I feel my body being more flexible and light. I highly recommend Sudhir for either group yoga classes or one-on-one yoga training.
