This studio is amazing, clean, well structured and organized, the front desk is warm and helpful. The teachers are wonderful, just to name a few: Pei and her incredible restore classes helping me to connect with my body and relax on a deep level (it has made a huge difference in my way to approach life), Jade and her body sculpt, Pilates and hot yoga classes helping me getting stronger and more confident, Tena and her powerful, grounded teaching and knowledge who inspire me… the teachers are all very special and knowledgeabl... read more
I love this yoga studio! The space is peaceful, clean, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. A special thank you to Pei—she is an incredible instructor. I take most of my classes with her, especially the restorative classes, and they have helped my neck tremendously. I did physical therapy for about a year, and honestly nothing worked as well as these classes. All of the instructors are great, and the front desk team is always friendly and welcoming Brianna and Jenny… Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough wonderFul things about Yoga six. It has truly transformed both my mind and my body in ways I never expected. The staff and instructors are exceptional-welcoming , knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in everyone’s success. Great studio for hot yoga. Pei is amazing! love her class. Wish she was teaching at 8pm! But there are other great teachers there as well.
I have been going since the last 3 years and absolutely love it. All the teachers are amazing! The favorite class with Jade, Tena sculpt and flow and hot yoga is outstanding. I always look forward to these class.
