My first class was Mobility with Lana, and I felt both challenged during and incredible after :) I love the dim lighting and cold towels.

After hitting a certain age milestone and having some health issues I realized I really needed to get back into my yoga practice. I feel really fortunate that YogaSix just happens to be my closest yoga studio. The studio is clean and has an open, welcoming energy. I’m very happy with the classes I’ve taken. The instructors are consistently high quality and I’ve also been impressed with the staff, who are accommodating and responsive.

Y6 is a great place, I echo what so many others have shared - very welcoming, creates a sense of community, front desk is always go above and beyond to resolve any issue quickly and with care, always clean! Want to mention Emma-Kate by name too - she is an exceptional yoga - work out teacher: incredible flow, fun playlist, and a motivating presence! She encourages both physical strength and inner connection. Every class feels like a journey inward. Very inspirational! Love it, highly recommend!
