I’ve booked classes with this studio twice and when I arrive no one is there. Not sure how to know when their schedule is accurate.

+1 to the other reviewers who say it is impossible to cancel. There is just no way because the manager won’t respond to any in-person, phone, or email requests to cancel. They just keep charging me and my husband $80 every month for a service we aren’t using. I finally rejected charges through my credit card company and the credits on my app have disappeared but I STILL haven’t received any response from the Manager. Shady indeed. Shame because I really like a couple of the instructors.

I tried canceling my membership here several times but was still charged the full rate. After over a month of trying to get ahold of anyone, I finally got through to someone to cancel my membership. They said they’d get back to me about the refund for the additional month I was wrongfully charged for. I haven’t heard back; I’ve emailed (no response) called (voicemail inbox is always full), and even gone in-person (no one there despite being “open” online) and they are incredibly unresponsive. Would give 0 stars if I could. They won’t let you cancel and will continue charging you long past your cancellation date. If/when you do finalize cancellation, they’ll refuse to give you your money back. Incompetent scammers, avoid at all costs!

This is such a shady business and I feel like they make considerable money just by dodging requests for cancellation. Their cancellation policy is to let them know 30 days in advance, but they don’t pick up the phone, they have a full inbox, don’t reply to emails, and are only staffed directly before and after specific class times—and the instructors can’t cancel/issue refunds, only management can.
