I've been going to Y6 in Bay Park and Point Loma for a few years now and tried out this one the other day. The La Jolla/UTC studio is by far the nicest/newest one with the entry way, locker rooms, and the studio itself. My only complaints are that I wished they provided towels before class, and the cool towels at the end. Also, most of them are set up like this, but the cubbies being down below the bench aren't super convenient and awkward to get to when everyone is leaving class. I will definitely be returning!

This is the second location I've been to and the quality of my workouts is great~. I like that even if it is a franchise, Y6's instructors and check-in people are among the friendliest and most welcoming! I take their sculpt class with class pass and I am never disappointed. The class consists of a 15 min power yoga sequence and a 30 min weight training, which makes the last 15-min cool down feel so much more worth it.

One of the front desk people showed me that there is one room where all the classes take place (2 doors to enter/exit, it's not 2 different... read more
