YogaSix South Meridian is great. I especially love Katherine's Slow Flow class. She breaks down the poses, explains the use of blocks, and encourages you to really focus on your own practice.
I went to hot yoga here over the Holiday break and it was FABULOUS! The facility was clean, instructor was very kind and patient, and the workout was kick butt. Would highly recommend to anyone!
