We invited Cari to lead a beginner-friendly yoga and meditation session for both our in-person and remote teams, and she was fantastic! She came well-prepared, bringing essential oil samples to enhance the in-person meditation experience. For the virtual session, she thoughtfully guided us through breathing exercises and yoga poses that could be done seated or on a mat, making it accessible for everyone. Wedding Day Zen with Cari was a most wonderful experience. 'Yoga on your wedding day' was a gift to my daughter which I knew she would truly enjoy. Cari was a very welcoming.relaxed, down to earth instructor who offered different options to suit different people. We all left feeling like we had a workout -but also relaxed and chilled -ready to face the busy wedding day ahead. All the wedding party loved the session Cari THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH -by far the best choice I could have made.
What I really appreciate is that she is attentive and listens to what I need in EACH class. She cues and modifies for my particular needs and tailors the classes appropriately! I have taken yoga classes all over the Southeast, and I found Cari through Googling for yoga teachers near me in Atlanta! She offers Zoom private sessions as well as Zoom group lesson. She is an excellent teacher and the convenience of a in home lesson by Zoom has been life changing for me!
Cari gave us such an amazing experience from the moment I reached out to her to even after we had our yoga session. She gives a personal touch and makes a genuine connection. I would absolutely reach out to her again. Thank you Cari for making such a beautiful space for us down to every detail. I hope to keep connected!
