HIIT Class on Sunday’s at 10:30! I love this class... it is always different and challenging.
The yoga classes taught by Peter are one of the favorite parts of my week. He is kind, thorough, and so informative. I’ve made huge progress learning from him, and would recommend his Vinyasa Flow class to anyone looking to improve strength, agility, and knowledge of this type of yoga. I guarantee you will learn something new after taking his class.
I had my eyebrows microbladed with Alicia. She is wonderful! I had them done somewhere else last year. It was not the best experience. The previous place had overworked my skin and the pigment didn’t take well. She explained everything to me as she was doing it. She made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. She took her time and they look absolutely amazing! They look so real. I cannot wait for my touch up to get them perfect. My eyebrows healed so much better this time around. I would highly recommend her.

The yoga classes are amazing. The instructors are knowledgeable and so helpful in leading the classes. I am so grateful to find a local studio and such a positive energy. The whole staff is awesome. The facials are excellent.
