It didn't take long to realize how lucky I was to find such an inspiring yoga teacher named PO. Po is a talented teacher who pays attention to details. You feel the progress you make ,physically and mentally, which is awesome. His directions are clear and precise.I have now a solid understanding of physical alignment as well as sense of calm. Yoga with Po was just the thing I needed to jumpstart my yoga practice again. The individual attention is amazing, advancing my understanding of the postures and sequences far more quickly than if I were in a group class. I would highly recommend classes with Po for anyone wanting to start or boost their yoga practice.

I absolutely love my private online classes with Po and highly recommend him to everyone in need of yoga practice. I am new to yoga and I particularly like how he adapts to my pace, my areas for development, and my way of learning things. After only a few classes, I realized what I did wrong before I started classes with Po and how to make the most out of yoga practice. I’m looking forward to my class with Po every week. And again, can’t recommend him enough.

Po recently taught a working from home chair yoga class that was outstanding! I had no idea how much stress I was holding in my neck until I took this class, and I have never felt better. I highly recommend Po to anyone interested in a private yoga class.
