I love this studio and the entire community!!!! I’ve been attending classes regularly for over 3 months now, and my body has never felt better! Friday morning yoga is my happy place and honestly, my weekly sanity check or release. I show up a little frazzled and leave centered, calm, and questioning why I don’t breathe like this all week.
