The best hot yoga experience EVER! I can't wait to come back
I just moved to the area from Oregon and have been loving my sessions in this studio. The environment is super welcoming, and Theresa has been such a wonderful instructor. She guides the sessions with such fantastic cues that a yoga beginner like me can hit the poses with true strength and form. She also is very helpful with modifications, and gently assisting me into poses that I don’t have the ability to enter yet on my own. I’m excited to take a class with Helena, I’m sure it will be just as wonderful.
Excellent bikram studio. Best in the area for sure.
I've practiced Bikram yoga on & off for 20 years and I was so happy when we moved to Melbourne & saw there was a Bikram Yoga studio in town! Trust me the "hot yoga classes" at other yoga studios, do not do Bikram Yoga justice! I love it and will be a lifer.
