Transformational! Overall a 10 out of 10 experience. Helena is the most amazing teacher who's dedicated, highly experienced and shares her knowledge to help shift positive changes in your life. It's been 20 years since my college days doing true Bikram yoga and this studio, environment and intense classes deliver. After having a back fusion nine months ago along with three other neck/back spine surgeries, I never thought my body would be able to recover and workout the way I wanted. I'm hooked! #mind/body
