Yoga sessions with Murielle are awesome! Not only your work on specific postures through the entire session to arrive at the final one ready to master it (or almost!), but she personnalises her classes for you as well. When San Diego weather is normal (!), you can practice outdoor on her relaxing patio... Worth a try... You will love it!
This is real and full Yoga experience, with focus on breathing, mind focus and relaxing, with dedicated adjustments from Murielle based on your capabilities . Was very relaxing though very good for my body. I improved my strength, my physical flexibility, and my concentration.
