I would have liked for them to have been present during the hours they had posted. As I was visiting San Antonio, I inconvenienced my family by making them wake up early to attend a practice that never happened.
The best yoga studio! Truly following the Ashtanga tradition. Ana is deeply knowledgeable and has trained many other teachers in town.
I'm new to the Shala, but have grown to love it here so very quickly. All the classes that I've taken so far have been phenomenal. I've been committed to the Intro to Mysore class with Lisa Labat every Thursday for the past month. It's amazing to see my progress spirtually and physically. Lisa has been such an important part of my Ashtanga journey. I am so grateful for her dedication and passion for her students.
If you want a Truly amazing, Life changing, Authentic, Ashtanga yoga experience Please look no further. YOGA SHALA is the place!!! Knowledgeable and friendly teachers... with a variety of Ashtanga-based classes for all levels.
I visited this studio on a vacation trip to San Antonio and I just loved it! The staff is so nice and the classes are amazing. Great instructors with a beautiful energy. Definitely will go back!
