I have practiced with Matthew at YogaRight on multiple occasions. Each session has been individualized to my specific needs. He has a very creative and unique approach to the practice and is definitely knowledgeable about different variations of poses. Being a newer yogi, I have practiced in a group setting and with Matthew’s private 1 on 1 training. I feel like he has expanded my practice to a new level and I will definitely be returning for more individual lessons.
