I had always wanted to try Reiki. It was an incredibly positive and amazing experience! From the moment I met Mariah she made me feel comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. She was very gentle, knowledgeable and took her time. She thoroughly explained each step to me. She tuned into things about me that I never discussed with her! She's amazing, she helped me so much! I highly recommend her!
I was searching for someone to practice yoga with individually, due to an injury and not feeling confident to go to a group class. I found Mariah and I am so grateful for her. She is such an amazing teacher; she not only accommodates my leg injury but tailors each class to how I am feeling emotionally. Absolutely love my private sessions with Mariah! She is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable and safe everytime. I'm a beginner and struggle with anxiety, so I wanted more of a one on one experience and Mariah was the perfect match! I would recommend her over and over.
