I started practicing yoga regularly last year to help with my loss, grief and my overall physical and mental health. Katherine Shriver is THE teacher! I was lucky to have Katherine as my yoga teacher for a number of year back when we were both in Philly. She has vast knowledge/understanding/connection to the practice. I learned so much! I strongly recommend this kind human and skilled teacher.
