Best 60-minute Power Flow I’ve taken in a while! The class was challenging, energizing, and exactly what I needed. Everyone working was so sweet and welcoming, especially Meghan and Katie. Such a great atmosphere—I’ll definitely be back!
Such an amazing yoga class! The staff is so friendly and kind!! The studio is so nice and clean as well. Definitely recommend!
Big fan of Yoga Joint. The establishment is extremely clean, and the staff/ teachers are great and accommodating. The FIIT 45 class hit every base needed in a workout while being a challenge.
I took the FIIT class last night with Grace and it was genuinely the best class I’ve ever taken in my life. Grace had such a motivating voice in the class that felt very genuine and truly inspiring. She is one of those teachers who genuinely wants to see you grow and succeed! I would 10/10 recommend taking a class at yoga joint & with grace if you can, it will make the experience so much better!!
