“Honestly, this studio has no business being this good. The staff is warm and welcoming, the classes are intense in a way that’s somehow addictive, and the instructors have a real talent for pushing you past what you thought you could do. It’s also one of the cleanest spots I’ve been to — they clearly take that part seriously, and it makes a difference. I really enjoy coming here. Shing and her staff have done a great job at creating a fun and healthy environment.

Best yoga studio in town (Doral). The ambience, the staff, the classes, everything is just great and very unique!! I love my FIIT 45 classes and I highly recommend it!! Come and try it! The 1st class is free!
