I completed my level 1 yoga for children and LOVED IT. Donna is an amazing person with the knowledge to back it! I have since implemented lunch hour yoga sessions in my school and the kiddos are really enjoying.
What a wonderful experience I've had for the past year and a half. I just received my RCYT through Donna and Yoga in My School. Donna always gave helpful feedback and took time to walk me through the program. I am proud to say I now teach a yoga class as part of our Middle School's regular day as well as an after school program. Our Foundation has funded this much needed endeavour, and Donna has made it so enjoyable to navigate. Thank you!
This teacher training certification was packed full of so many useful and tangible activities, resources and advice. From forming lesson plans to how to structure a yoga business. I would highly recommend this teacher program for individuals wanting to learn more about yoga and apply it to their communities.

the Trauma Informed Yoga & Mindfulness course was well organized and very informative! The knowledge I acquired from this course has changed the way I interact with individuals in a yoga setting and also in my day to day work life as a pediatric physiotherapist. I highly recommend this training!
